During my tenure as Head of Design, the design team expanded from 13 to 70 members. We completely revamped the design of existing products, significantly reworked the brand, and established an editorial team.
As a result of these efforts, Ozon Bank’s assets grew exponentially over two years, and brand awareness increased multiple times.
Yandex Travel

During my tenure as Head of Design, the design team expanded from 2 to 8 members. we rebranded the service and updated the style of the product
Thanks to the changes in the product, brand and design, spontaneous knowledge of the service has multiplied. In 2023, the service was among the top-visited in the Travel category and became the leader in hotel booking in Russia

This is a startup within Yandex Travel, aimed at transforming the hotel market in Russia. In just 3 months, we progressed from the initial idea to the first tests of the offline product.
From a design perspective, myself and another communications designer created the entire user journey from scratch, both online and offline.
