I led editorial, product, and brand design teams. We launched a range of B2B and B2C products, including lending, savings, and payments, building a full-service banking platform from the ground up.

  1. Scaled the org from 13 to ~80+, introduced unified processes and hiring standards, performance and development systems;
  2. Fostered a culture of "why we're doing it and how we could do it differently";
  3. Increased spontaneous brand awareness to several times and aided awareness rose to dozens of percents;
  4. Bank revenue reached €1B in 2024 (+191% YoY); EBITDA was ~€360M. (Company guidance indicated up to ~110% revenue growth by year-end 2025.)

I joined as a Senior Designer and soon took ownership of the entire design function. In close collaboration with Marketing and Product over several years, we:

  1. Shipped a mobile app (4.8+ rating) with a booking conversion rate 2× higher than the web flow;
  2. Tripled hotel bookings by redesigning the booking funnel;
  3. Led a full rebrand, unifying all channels and increasing spontaneous brand awareness;
  4. Helped drive +84% YoY revenue growth at Yandex Classifieds (Q1 2023);
  5. Introduced the Spotify squad model, improving delivery speed and clarifying ownership.

This startup was a new product within Yandex Travel and aimed to transform the hotel market in Russia. In three months, we moved from the initial idea to first offline-product tests.

  1. Built the full online and offline guest journey in three months with a two-person design team;
  2. Launched self-check-in, smart-room, and voice-assistant features, along with a new brand identity;
  3. IIncreased booking ratings from 7.x to 9+ and improved RevPAR by 30%, raising overall revenue by 30%.
